The Jern 12 Series consists of two models - the “XF” and the “WS”. The 12XF features a Wavecor bespoke woofer and SEAS tweeter (up to 32kHz), with foam damping for the tweeter. The higher spec 12WS features the same woofer but with an improved ScanSpeak tweeter, (up to 20kHz) as well as sheep wool damping used both around the tweeter and inside the cabinet. Improvements also include internal Teflon cable.
JERN cabinets are made as a one-piece composite metal structure of proprietary material called ‘’ Vibrakill ‘’. This material ensures massive stability and density, providing unsurpassed resistance to vibrations and resonance. Each iron enclosure has a unique cast fingerprint and delivers utterly silent and distortion-free sound, unlike any other speaker on the market. Available in Nordic Black, Fine Red, Cast Grey and Polar White.
